Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions count for the entire Service of the Largehawk Ltd. („RICOPLAY“), which are offered under the website www.rico-play.com. Participation in the services (collectively “games”) is open to any natural person (collectively the “user”) of legal age and in case the participation is not prohibited at the place from where the user is registering.

The User becomes party to the terms and conditions and agrees to abide these terms and conditions including any revisions which may periodically take place.

§1 Service

RICOPLAY allows the registered User to participate on his own risk in the entertainment game with money price potential via the RICOPLAY-Client-Application. The Contract over the game with RICOPLAY comes into effect by using the offers on www.rico-play.com such as launching the client application, opening an account, use and reuse of such account, participating in the games or acceptance of any price.

§2 Restricted Usage

The User fully understands the standards and laws relate to the games of the legal jurisdiction where he is resident and/or from where he is registering to the game-server.

The participation in the games is prohibited unless the user has the complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the games.

The User must be at least 18 and has the full power of disposition over his wealth.

§3 Obligations and Interdictions

The User shall not allow any other person or third party to use or reuse Users Account, accept any price, or participate in game. The user obligates to provide correct details when registering. It is prohibited to change the code of the application or transmit any false or forign data to the server.

RICOPLAY is entitled to exclude any user who is suspicious of manipulation from the game.

§4 Awareness

The User acknowledges that full freedom from errors, incompleteness or full security in data transfer is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. RICOPLAY is not responsible for data loss caused by acts of god such as net failure or power blackout as well as those the User is responsible of. Should the User become aware of any error or incompleteness User undertakes to refrain from taking advantage whatsoever thereof. Moreover, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness User shall notify the company in writing.

§5 Payments

Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the sole responsibility of the User. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
The User hereby accepts that RICOPLAY maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the User as the Accountholder in the event of a security check.
RICOPLAY reserves the right to reckon further deposits with outstanding receivables.
All payments and accounts are settled in Euro.
No rollbacks within the payment process are possible.

§6 Privacy

Any personal data will not be forwarded to any third party for any reason, unless it is compulsive to our services such as banking. For details please read our privacy policy.

§7 Jurisdiction

Any dispute raising out of or relating to the games, prizes, website, client application or RICOPLAY shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Bonuscode Terms and Conditions

When using the payment method “Bonuscode” at RICOPLAY to deposit the given amount, these amounts underlie certain conditions.

Bonuscodes are restricted to one player per household per campaign. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
A Bonuscode is only valid for the mentioned period of time.
In order to withdraw bonuscode-money, it has to be converted to real money. This happens by turning it over five times. (e.g. You deposited 5€ with a bonuscode then you have to play at the machines for 25€ before you can withdraw the money)
Bonuscode-money is deemed to be played last in case the Player still has money in his account.

RICOPLAY reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate Bonuscode promotions at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users.
