1. Installation

System requirements: CPU: 1Ghz, RAM 256Mb, Windows .NET Framework 2.0

Download: Click on the download button and follow the instructions. In case you don't have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed you will be automatically asked to do so. Please follow the instruction.

2. Getting started

After you successfully installed the Software on your computer, please start the software by clicking on the RICOPLAY-Button on your desktop. Thereon the main panel (called Casino) will open and beneath the slot-machine-gallery (called gallery) as well as the Login dialog.

Gallery

Here are the slot-machines shown which are installed on your computer. You can choose one or two machines by checking the checkboxes.

By clicking on “news” you can check on new available slot-machines for download.

After choosing the machines, please continue by logging in.

Login

Please provide your username and password to start playing.

New costumer

In case you have never played with RICOPLAY you can register by clicking on “new costumer.

Lost Password

In case you lost your password, you will be directed to a website to recover your password. It will be sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions in the email.

Cancel

You can close the application by clicking on cancel.

3. Casino - Arcade

Account

Here your username and you current balance is shown. By clicking on it you will be directed to the cashier, where you can withdraw or deposit.

• Cashier
You are directed to a secured website where several options to deposit or withdraw or offered.

• News
Here you will find the latest news about RICOPLAY especially whether new slot-machines are available.

• Logout
Here you can close the application. You can logout at any time, no data will be lost, and the state of each machine is automatically stored. Next time you login you will be able to continue at the exact state you left.

• Refresh
This is to refresh your balance and the Jackpot. While playing any machine this is done automatically, but it makes sense after you deposited money.

• Profile
Here you will be let to your personal data. You have the possibility to keep your data up-to-date or change your password. Please keep your data always up-to-date to assure a fast payout.

You can read through our manuals or contact our support.

Quick Navi

Here you will see the currently played slot-machines and there current status and settings. The following things are displayed and allow you to keep control even when your machines are folded.

Slot-machine name

Here the slot-machine name is displayed. By clicking on the name the slot will be maximised. Furthermore the windows focus is indicated by underlining, this is important when you use shortcuts.

Silent

When you switched a machine to silent, it will be indicated here by a crossed through speaker. How to switch the sound of a slot-machine off, you can find here

Autorisk

Here it is indicated when the autorisk mode of a machine is activated. Please read more about this here

Status

The traffic light indicates the current status of the slot-machine

• red: slot-machine is inactive -> please deposit to play

• yellow: slot machine is paused -> continue by unpausing

• green: slot-machine is active

• ! machine is in risking mode -> take your chance and risk

Autostart

Machine is autorestarting (button is green) the left rotator if no cloverleaf is shown.

Autopopup & Focus

It indicates that the autopopup modes are activated

• autopopup on risk and direct focus

Jackpot

The Jackpot is fed by the stakes of every player. Of each stake of 0,2€, 0,02€ (10%) go into the jackpot. The jackpot amount will be drawn among all active players by equal chance and then moved to the winning players balance. The Jackpot indicates three steps of heat before a hit takes place:

Green -> jackpot is in the charging phase
Yellow -> jackpot is charged at least around 50%
Red -> jackpot hit is up coming very soon

The jackpot will be refreshed automatically when at least one machine is playing. To receive the current jackpot amount in the meantime please use the refresh button.
