Who is operating www.RICO-PLAY.com?

How old do I have to be to play?

- What are the minimum requirements for the PC?
We recommend having a DSL or Cable internet connection, no dial-up. Furthermore your computer should have at lease a memory of 256 MB and the operation system XP or Vista to guarantee a smooth gaming experience. - Can I use a MAC?
So far the software is not designed to run on the operating system OS. If you also have Windows on your MAC installed, you will have no problem running the software.
- Why is the Jackpot not updated?
The Jackpot will only be updated if a user is logged in and plays at least one slot-machine. If you are logged in and you do not play any machine, you can update the Jackpot by using the “Refresh” button on the right side of the Jackpot. - Who hits the Jackpot?
The Jackpot is drawn under all players. The Jackpot increases by 0,02 Euro (10%) for each 0,02 Euro game played. The Jackpot will be drawn by a random generator to a playing user. The Amount of the Jackpot will then immediately be deposited to the wallet of the Jackpot-Winner.
- How much is one game?
A game costs 20 cent like a real slot-machine. - Where did the money go from the Slot-Machine after closing the application?
When closing the RICOPLAY application all settings are saved, no Multi- and Mega-Games are lost. After logging back in, you can continue at the state where you left the application before. Please note if leaving the Software, the remaining money of the Slot-Machines will be added back to your wallet.
- Why are the Slot-Machines not completely displayed?
When logging in to the casino, the Slot-Machines will be loaded. During that process the Slot-Machines will display “Initializing”. If the “Initializing” window does not disappear after some time, please log out and then back in and the machines should appear correctly. - What should I do if the Deposit/Withdraw function of the slot-machines does not work?
If the Deposit/Withdraw function of a slot machine does not work, please push the D on your keyboard. Please make sure that you clicked once on the machine with mouse before pushing the D.
